THE CHALLENGE

We’ve been carrying out customer research in Boots for over 20 years and working directly with the world’s favourite Health & Beauty retailer since 2016. The range of projects is extensive, from tactical studies to understand the impact of new displays to strategic pieces to evaluate more fundamental innovation at category and store level.
