Visuality is working with Coty’s Paris-based Global Shopper Insight team, on an ongoing project to deliver detailed metrics on shopper behaviour across key retail channels in key global markets.
Using our unique new, GDPR-compliant ShopperTab® research process, we collect behavioural information across a wide range of metrics, including category footfall (by time, by day), shopper profile, engagement and interactions with displays and store / concessionaire advisors and the most important variable of all, conversion.
Data derived from ongoing studies is being pooled to create a dynamic database that can be mined to identify consistent patterns of shopper behaviour across channels and countries.
