THE CLIENT

Coty is a world leading beauty company making cosmetic, skincare, fragrance, and hair colour brands that enjoy success around the globe. It has a challenger mentality and a preoccupation with marketing excellence.

THE CHALLENGE

Visuality is working with Coty’s Paris-based Global Shopper Insight team, on an ongoing project to deliver detailed metrics on shopper behaviour across key retail channels in key global markets.

THE SOLUTION

Using our unique new, GDPR-compliant ShopperTab® research process, we collect behavioural information across a wide range of metrics, including category footfall (by time, by day), shopper profile, engagement and interactions with displays and store / concessionaire advisors and the most important variable of all, conversion.

THE RESULTS

Data derived from ongoing studies is being pooled to create a dynamic database that can be mined to identify consistent patterns of shopper behaviour across channels and countries.
