We have been carrying out customer research in Boots for over 20 years and have worked directly with the world’s favourite Health & Beauty retailer since 2016.

The range of projects that we have worked on have been extensive, from tactical studies, to understanding the impact of new displays, to strategic pieces to evaluate more fundamental innovation at category and store level.
